Terms & Conditions for Booking Online Sessions (Individually and via Calendly)
Booking and Payment:
The booking of an online session is made via Calendly. Payments for the session are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, paid with Credit Card, Blik, or Bank Transfer. Payments are required prior to the session and are processed according to the terms of the chosen payment method. By proceeding with the reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your booked session at any time. Business sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, or any time in the case of unforeseen circumstances. To cancel, use the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled session will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed at the organizer’s discretion, with respect to mandatory consumer rights. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.
No Refunds for Personalized Offers:
Sessions involving personalized content tailored specifically to individual needs are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where mandatory consumer rights apply.
Session Modifications:
If the organizer needs to reschedule or modify a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly. A refund may be provided if the new schedule is unsuitable.
Marketing Activities
Honestmedia.pl provides professional marketing services under the same principles of compliance with Polish law. Payments must be made in advance via Calendly and Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the same principles as outlined above.
