Under no circumstances shall honestmedia.pl team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if honestmedia.pl team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of information from this site results in the need for correction of data, you assume any costs thereof.

Terms & Conditions for Booking Online Sessions (Individually and via Calendly)
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
Booking and Payment: The booking of an online session is made via the Calendly. Payments for the session are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, paid with Credit Card, Blik or Bank Transfer. Because of the individual character of our provided services, payments for the sessions are processed prior the session through provided by the Organizer Payment Method. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms.
Cancellation and Refunds: You have the option to cancel your booked online event at any time. If you wish to cancel Business session, please do so, however, at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or simply cancel at any time if you experience any unfoerseen circumstances. To cancel, simply use the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made 1 hour prior to booked Session won’t qualify for the refund. Please respect the time we take to create your 60-minutes bespoke session.
Contact Information: By finalizing the purchase, you agree for honestmedia.pl to contact you at provided e-mail address to manage your booking or purchase.
Individual Plans: By agreeing to Individual Plans you consent to be accountable by showing up on our sessions.
Subscription Services: If subscribing to www.honestmedia.pl offer, you agree to recurring charges and actions if outlined in the selected by you purchase.
Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be made at the organizer’s discretion. honestmedia.pl takes refund requests seriously. Agreed refunds will be processed through the original payment method used and will take 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
No Refunds for Personalized Offers: Please note that all online sessions involve personalized offer and/or content tailored specifically to individual needs. Due to the customized nature of these sessions, refunds are not possible when the session has been conducted respectfully.
Notice: In the event of failure to fulfill payments to www.honestmedia.pl, we reserve the right to inform local law enforcement and seek legal resolution in the event of failure of enforcing disrespect of our terms.
Session Modifications: In case the organizer needs to modify or reschedule the online session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. If the modified session time won’t be suitable for you, a refund will be processed through the original payment method used and will take 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Conduct during Sessions: During the online session, participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful or disruptive may result in termination of the session. It will be at the organizer discretion to decide to cancel session. We urge Students to respect the work that went into managing your Order.
Responsibility and Liability: The organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, disruptions or unexpected events that may occur during or prior the online session, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or any other unforeseen technical difficulties.
HonestMedia.pl provides highest quality-service and we adhere to the highest ethics and standards. We treat every Order with care and an utmost attention, we do not accept disrespect. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription should we deem a behaviour inappropriate.
Privacy and Data: Any personal information collected during the booking process and the online session will be handled in accordance with the organizer’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Changes to Terms & Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Calendly to book sessions will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Terms & Conditions for Marketing Activities
Booking and Payment: To book marketing activities, you will use the provided scheduling system, such as Calendly and Payment Gateway (Stripe). Payments for these activities are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, and can be made using Credit Card, Blik, Bank Transfer. Payments must be completed before the activity takes place towards necessary creation of your assigned production and marketing teams. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Conduct During Activities: Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during marketing activities. Inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may lead to the termination of the activity at the organizer’s discretion. We urge all participants to respect the effort involved in preparing and delivering the marketing services.
Invoices: We treat our responsibilities with respect. In the event of an unpaid invoice to us by the due date, the service will be suspended. It will be resumed once the payment is made, should the Owner decides to continue providing services to an Investor who treats us with disrespect.
